ELEK TRENDS PRODUCTIONS NV WARRANTY
Alle ELEK TRENDS apparaten zijn ontwikkeld en gefabriceerd overeenkomstig de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteitseisen. Indien er toch iets fout zou gaan met een ELEK TRENDS product dan
geeft ELEK TRENDS een garantie onder volgende voorwaarden hierna omschreven. De ELEK TRENDS garantie is enkel geldig ingeval van fabricage-en/of montagefouten.
De garantie vangt aan op de dag van aankoop of factuurdatum van het product bij een geautoriseerde handelaar en loopt af na de garantieperiode zoals hieronder weergegeven
De ELEK TRENDS garantie is geldig wanneer het apparaat is gebruikt in overeenstemming met de gebruiksvoorwaarden en voor het doel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Tevens dient het ori-
ginele aankoopbewijs (factuur, kassabon of kwitantie) voorgelegd te worden met daarop de aankoopdatum, de naam van de handelaar en het model (type) en productienummer van het
apparaat. De ELEK TRENDS garantie vervalt indien:
-
op een van de bovengenoemde documenten iets veranderd is, doorgehaald, verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt
-
het model (type) of productie (serie)nummer op het apparaat is veranderd, doorgehaald, verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt
-
reparaties of wijzigingen zijn uitgevoerd door niet bevoegde service-organisaties of personen
-
een defect een gevolg is van externe (buiten het apparaat gelegen) oorzaken, bijvoorbeeld blikseminslag, wateroverlast, brand, verkeerd gebruikt of
onachtzaamheid
-
een defect veroorzaakt door aangesloten randapparatuur, toebehoren, of gebruiksmaterialen anders dan door ELEK TRENDS voorgeschreven
-
de schade veroorzaakt is door dieren
-
het apparaat defect is door normale slijtage van vervangbare onderdelen die als verbruiksonderdelen bedoeld zijn
ELEK TRENDS heeft steeds de keuze een defect apparaat te herstellen of te vervangen.
Deze garantie sluit elke andere schade, indirecte of commerciële of gevolgschade uit en is uitsluitend beperkt tot hetgeen uitdrukkelijk in deze voorwaarden opgenomen.
- de garantie bedraagt 1 jaar op arbeid en onderdelen
- installatie en installatiekosten en verplaatsing vallen niet onder de garantie
- de garantie op installatiematerialen en accessoires bedraagt 1 jaar
Tous les appareils ELEK TRENDS sont développés et fabriqués en fonction des exigences de qualité les plus sévères possibles. Quand bien même il apparaîtrait qu'il y a un problème avec
un produit, ELEK TRENDS donne une garantie sous les conditions définies ci-dessous. La garantie ELEK TRENDS n'est valable que s'il s'agit de défauts de fabrication ou de montage.
La période de garantie commence le jour de l'achat, soit la date de facturation du produit auprès d'un distributeur agréé et se termine comme décrit ci-dessous. La garantie ELEK TRENDS
est valable si l'appareil a été employé conformément les prescriptions d'utilisation et pour le but auquel il est destiné. La preuve originaire d'achat (facture, bon de caisse ou reçu) doit en
outre être présentée, démontrant la date d'achat, le nom du distributeur ainsi que le modèle (type) et la référence de l'appareil.
La garantie ELEK TRENDS échoit dans les cas suivants:

Si quelque chose a été changée, biffée, enlevée ou rendue illisible sur les documents précités

Si la référence du modèle (type) ou le numéro de série a été changé, biffé, enlevé ou rendu illisible sur l'appareil

Si des réparations ou des modifications ont été exécutées par des services ou des personnes non-qualifiés
-
Si le dommage est la conséquence d'une cause externe (se situant hors de l'appareil), par exemple d'une foudre, une inondation, une incendie, une utilisation incorrecte ou par
mégarde

Si le dommage a été causé par un appareillage périphérique, une accessoire ou un matériel branché sur l'appareil, différent que ceux prescrits par ELEK TRENDS

Si le dommage a été causé par des animaux
-
Si l'appareil est défectueux suite à l'usure normale des pièces détachées qui sont décrites comme des pièces de consommation.
ELEK TRENDS a toujours le choix de réparer ou de remplacer l'appareil défectueux. Cette garantie exclut tout autre dommage, soit indirect, commercial ou consécutif et se limite
uniquement aux cas mentionnés dans ces conditions. :
- la garantie est d'un an sur le travail et les pièces détachées
- l'installation,le coût de celle-ci et le déplacement ne font pas partie de la garantie
- la garantie sur le matériel d'installation et les accessoires est d'un an
All ELEK TRENDS devices are developed and manufactured according to the highest possible quality demands.
If however there happens to be a failure with an ELEK TRENDS product than the conditions of the guarantee are described
below The ELEK TRENDS guarantee is only valid in case of manufacturing or assembling errors
The guarantee commences on the day of purchase or invoice date of the product with a recognized dealer and ends
after the guarantee period as described below. The ELEK TRENDS guarantee is valid when the unit is used according to the user manual and when the unit is used according to the purpose for
what it was build. The original purchase order needs to be shown (invoice, ticket or receipt) with the day
of purchase, the name of the ELEK TRENDS dealer and the model and serial number of the unit.
The ELEK TRENDS guarantee expires when:

When one of the above mentioned documents have been changed, crossed out, deleted or been made unreadable.

The model (type) or the production serial number on the unit has been changed, crossed through, erased or been made
unreadable
-
Reparations or changes are done by a non authorised person or dealer
-
A failure is the result of external (found outside of the unit)causes i.e. lightning, water pollution, fire, wrong use or negligence
-
A failure caused by connected external devices, accessories or installation materials other then prescribed by ELEK TRENDS
-
Damage caused by animals
-
A failure due to normal wear and tear of the replaceable parts used as consumables (i.e. carbon brushes, filters,)
ELEK TRENDS always has the choice to replace or repair the unit
This guarantee excludes any other damage, indirect or commercial or consequential damage and is strictly limited to what is
explicitly mentioned in these conditions
Guarantee period and specific conditions:
- Guarantee of 1 year on labour and parts
- Installation, installation costs and travel expenses are not under guarantee
- Guarantee on installation materials and accessories is 1 year
