BEFORE THE FIRST USE

· Take the appliance out of the packaging
· Disassemble the different parts of the appliance and clean all removable parts according to the
instructions described in the section 'Cleaning and maintenance'.
· Reassemble all parts when they are dry:
1. Position the seal on the blade assembly. Hold the jar upside down. Screw the blade with sealing
ring onto the jug. Turn over the jar so that the base is at the bottom again.
2. Place the lid on the pitcher. Do so by first securing the nozzle on the left side of the pitcher in
the provided recess of the lid, then press the lid with handle downwards so that it clicks into the
safety tab on the handle.
3. Position the measuring cup in the lid and jug and screw it tight in a clockwise direction.
4. Turn the pitcher clockwise on the motor block until you hear a click. The blender is now ready for
use.
