• Email Alert
Email notification activated / deactivated
Enter the requested data before activating this function (Example for Google-Mail: Tick the box at "Use SSL" /
SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com / SMTP port: 465 / Username: MaxMustermann@gmail.com(email account to
send send the mail) / Password: Your password for the email account / Receiver: enter the email address to
which the message should be sent). When the function is activated and motion is detected (motion detection
must also be activated) then the receiving Email address will be notified with a message containing camera
number and time.
• Schedule Record - Select the camera(s), the start and stop times, and the date for the recording (AM:
0.00-12.00 / PM: 12.00- 24.00 - start and stop must be within the same day). Up to five scheduled recordings
can be set (right hand column 1-5); Default: no scheduled recording

• Internet Setup - do not change the DHCP setting (this makes the automatic connection with your home
network possible)
• Security code - the code can be changed from the default 123456
• Network Information - the DID (Device Identification Number) is listed here, this is required for setting
up the internet function

When power saving is enabled, the screen will switch to black after 2 minutes after the last use. To
show the screen again tap the On/Off button [8]. During Motion detection or Scheduled Recording
the screen will automatically switch on.

Auto-lock enabled/disabled
30 seconds after the last use all the touch screen tabs will be removed from the screen, the camera
image remains. To reenable the touch screen,tap the On/off button [8] Default: disabled

• Clock Alarm - 5 Wake-up times can be set and activted (tick) or deactivated (X)
Default: no times set
• Manual Time Setting / DST - Set the real time and date manually and the DST
• Time zone - Select the appropriate time zone for the location where the camera is located
(Germany : GMT + 1) , then automatically appear the previous point , enable or disable now
additionally according DST
[59] Format Storage / Select Overwrite function
The SD card can be manually formatted in which case all recorded date will be deleted, or the
Overwrite function can be selected. This activates a ring memory, so that when the SD card is full
the oldest data will be automatically overwritten.

[63] Default - Reset and menu language selection
After selecting the language the monitor will switch off automatically. Switch on the monitor
(button x) and follow the instructions on the screen. The default settings are reactivated.
