6. Maintenance, Service and Warranty

Maintenance
External surfaces of RepeatOne can be cleaned with

warm water or isopropyl alcohol.
Apart from the need to clean externally, the RepeatOne
is completely maintenance free.
Important: under no circumstances should the
RepeatOne be dismantled!

RepeatOne and TipOne Repeat Dispenser Tips are not
® ®
autoclavable!
Service
If a problem cannot be solved with the aid of the Trou-
bleshooting Guide, return RepeatOne
STARLAB office or distributor for repair or replacement.

Important: Please decontaminate the dispenser before
return. Proper decontamination has to be confirmed in a
separate "declaration of decontamination".
Please contact STARLAB for more detailed information.
Warranty
Please check that the unit has been received complete and
® to your regional undamaged. Save all packaging and documents until you
have thoroughly inspected your shipment; if you find that
your order is incorrect or damaged please call STARLAB
for instructions for its return.
This warranty is valid for 24 months, but only if the prod-
uct has been used and cared for according to this User
Manual. No liability is accepted for loss or damage arising
from incorrect use.
The liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the
unit, or a refund of the purchase price, at STARLAB's op-
tion. STARLAB is not liable for any consequential damages.
We refer to our general terms of sale. STARLAB reserves
the right to alter the specifications without prior notice.
