Please observe the following items in any case:
- The units are suitable for indoor use only. Pro-
tect them against dripping water and splash
water, high air humidity and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range: 0 – 40 °C).
- Do not operate the transmitter and immedi-
ately disconnect the power supply unit from
the mains socket:
1. if one of the units is visibly damaged,
2. if a defect might have occurred after
a unit was dropped or suffered a similar acci-
dent,
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the units must be repaired by
skilled personnel.
-For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth;
never use water or chemicals.
- No guarantee claims for the units and no lia-
bility for any resulting personal damage or ma-
terial damage will be accepted if the units are
used for other purposes than originally intend-
ed, if they are not correctly connected or oper-
ated, or if they are not repaired in an expert
way.
2.4 Controls, connectors and indicators
1. Transmitting antenna, connected to the jack
ANTENNA OUT (13) on the rear panel
2. On / off switch; to switch off, briefly keep the
button pressed
3. Display
a Level indications for the input channels
CH 1 and CH 2: to indicate the level ad-
justed with the corresponding control
VOLUME (5).
b Indication of the transmission channel
(16 channels 0 ... F available)
c Indication of the monitor signal select-
ed for the headphone output (6)
4. Buttons to set the channel:
a. Keep the button SET pressed
til the dot next to the channel
(b) starts flashing...
b. Select the channel with the button +
or—.
