into your ears. If the size is too small or too big, the sound quality will not be perfect.
8. Troubleshooting
The device does not turn
on
There is no sound when
audio is being played
Audio files cannot be
transferred to the device
The device cannot connect
to Bluetooth
The sound is not good
Intermitting sound in
Bluetooth mode
1. Ensure that the device has been charged
1. Increase the volume
2. Check if the device is connected to Bluetooth.
If using MP3 mode play, ensure that audio files have been
copied to the device
3. Check if the audio files are in a supported format
4. Check if the audio files are damaged
5. Make sure that the device is not in pause mode
1. Check if the USB cable is properly connected
2. Check if the device has sufficient storage space
1. Check if your phone's Bluetooth is enabled
2. Restart the Bluetooth on your phone or BTX-860
3. Check if the device is in pairing mode
1. Maybe you have selected the wrong size and type of

1. Decrease the distance between the BTX-860 and the
connected device.
