Gebrauchsanweisung:
Esplit oder Magnetkammer in die Aufnahme
am Socklerboden stecken.
Um die benötigte Gipsmenge zu ermitteln,
einen Dowelpin von innen an die Messska-
len halten und anschließend die entspre-
chende Menge Gips in den Sockler füllen
(Rüttler vorteilhaft).
Der Zahnkranz mit den Dowelpins bis zum
Anschlag auf den Boden des Socklers
drücken. Die Enden der Dowelpins lassen
sich so nach dem Entformen leicht finden.
Nach dem Entformen einen zweiten Esplit in
den ersten am Primärsockel stecken bzw.

Magnet in die Magnetkammer einlegen und
eine zweite Magnetkammer mit der
geschlossenen Seite an die erste anlegen.
Gipsfläche des Primärsockels isolieren.
Gips für den Sekundärsockel frei auftragen
oder mit dem Spezialsockler hintergießen.
Dazu Spezialsockler von unten auf den
Primärsockel schieben und den Sekundär-
sockel durch das große Loch im Boden
ausgießen (Rüttler vorteilhaft).
Anschließend einartikulieren.

Instructions for use:
Insert Esplit or magnet chamber in the
mounting on the floor of the base former.
In order to establish the quantity of gypsum
required, hold a dowel pin from the inside
against the measuring scales and carefully
fill the corresponding quantity of gypsum
into the base former (vibrator
advantageous).
Press tooth rim with the dowel pins fully
against the floor of the base former. The
ends of the dowel pins can be easily
detected in this way alter stripping.
After stripping, insert a second Esplit into
the first on the primary base or insert
magnet into the mag net chamber and place
a second magnet chamber with the closed
side facing the first one.
lnsulate gypsum surface of the primary
base. Freely apply gypsum to the secondary
base or backfill with the special base former
by pushing the spe cial base former from
the bottom onto the primary base and pour
through the large hole in the floor of the sec-
ondary base (vibrator advantageous).
Then articulate.

Instructions d'utilisation
Emmancher la plaquette Esplit ou la
chambre à aimants dans la fixation sur le
fond du moule pour socle.
Pour déterminer la quantité de plâtre
nécessaire, tenir de l'intérieur un tenon
Dowel contre les échelle de mesure verser
la quantité de plâtre correspondante dans le
moule pour socle (vibrateur conseillé).
Enfoncer à fond la couronne avec les tenons
Dowel dans le fond du moule pour socle. II
est ainsi facile de trouver les extrémités des
tenons Dowel après le démoulage.
Après le démoulage, enfoncer une
deuxième plaquette Esplit dans la première
sur le socle primaire ou poser un aimant
dans la chambre à aimants et placer la face
fermée d'une deuxième chambre à aimants
contre la première chambre. lsoler la surface
en plâtre du socle primaire.
Appliquer librement le plâtre pour le socle
secondaire ou verser du plâtre au moyen du
moule spécial pour socle. Glisser pour cela
le moule spécial pour socle par en bas sur
le socle primaire et verser le plâtre par le
grand trou se trouvant dans le fond
du socle secondaire (vibrateur conseillé).
Monter ensuite le modèle en articulateur.
