General errors

Unit fails to cool cufficiently.
Unit only cools irregularly
Condensate accumulates
in switch cabinet
Condensate fails to drain
If the fault is not rectified now, please call authorised technical personnel

14 Warranty Conditions

Warranty becomes null and void:
• in case of improper usage of the unit, noncompliance with operating conditions or nonobservance of instructions;
• If operated in rooms in which corrosives or acids are present in the atmosphere;
• in case of damage caused by contaminated or jammed filters;
• if a non-authorised person interrupts the cooling circulation, modifies the unit or changes the serial number;
• in case of damage caused by transport or by accidents;
• for the exchange of parts by non-authorized personnel.
In order to maintain your warranty rights please observe the following when returning the unit:
• Include a detailed description of the defect and the SRO(RMA) number issued by Pfannenberg with the cooling unit.
• Enclose proof of delivery (delivery note or copy of invoice).
• Return the unit together with all accessories; use the original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality, send the unit frei- ght prepaid
and covered by an adequate transport insurance. Observe the hints on transport mentioned in section 2.

Possible cause(s)
Temperature setting too high
Threshold values for usage exceeded.
Lack of coolant.
Heat exchanger contaminated.
Fan in internal airflow circuit faulty. Fan in
external airflow circuit faulty.
Air not circulating properly inside the switch
cabinet.
Coding switch incorrectly set or defective.
Blow-out temperature too low
Switch cabinet not sufficiently sealedt.
Condensate drainage clogged.
Check temperature setting.
Check ambient temperature and internal load.
Call authorized specialist, check unit for leaks.
Clean heat exchanger.
Call authorized specialist, replace fan.
Check assemblies and air circulation inside
switch cabinet. Air intake and exhaust into/from
cooling unit into switch cabinet must be unim-
peded.
Check coding switch and cable connections.
Set higher temperature at thermostat.
Close switch cabinet door. Reedy
leakage at switch cabinet.
Clean condensate drainage. Condensate
drainage hose must be inclined downward
without showing a bend.
