5 Assembly

WARNING
Severe injuries during the assembly of filter units due to falling
components and the extraction arm due to pretension of used
spiral springs. If used improperly, the mounting frame may move
unexpectedly and cause severe injuries in the face area or
contusions on fingers!

INFORMATION
The operating company of MaxiFil may only commission persons to
independently assemble the MaxiFil if they are well-versed with this
task.
Several staff members are needed for the assembly of the filter unit.
Please ensure that the welding current return line between workpiece
and welding machine has a low resistance and that connections
between the workpiece and filter unit are avoided so that if necessary
the welding current may not return back to the welding machine via the
protective conductor of the filter unit.

Never stand underneath improperly mounted components.
Only use suitable fasteners for wall mounting.
Only mount the filter unit on suitable walls and columns.
Please adhere to tightening torques of screws.
Please use suitable climbing aid and ensure a secure
positioning.
Please use lifting gear which is suitable for assembly.
Assembly of MaxiFil may only take place when it is not
connected to power.
Technical modifications and errors expected.
