Extracting juice

1. Turn the device on by moving the On/Off switch to position 1 (low speed) or 2 (high
speed) depending on the desired speed. NOTICE: The device must not be activated
continuously for more than 60 seconds to prevent the motor from overheating!
2. Add the foods you want to extract the juice from in the feed chute. Use the plunger
to push down food. The juice runs through the juice discharge and pulp and small
stones/seeds etc. are collected in the pomace container.
3. Move the On/Off switch to the OFF position to turn the device off.
4. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket after use.
5. Clean the device and accessories after every use as described in the chapter "Clean-
ing and storage".

Cleaning and storage

ATTENTION!
• Prior to each cleaning, pull the mains plug out of the socket.
• Never submerge the motor unit in water or other liquids.
• Be careful when handling the juicer sieve, the blades are sharp!
• When cleaning, do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface.
1. Ensure that the device is switched off and not connected to a socket!
2. Open the locking lever.

1. Set up the device on a level, stable and non-slip surface.
2. Place the pomace container with the juice discharge on
the motor unit. In the process make sure that the juice dis-
charge is seated in the corresponding recess of the main
unit.
3. Place the juicer sieve with the motor receptacle on the
drive disc of the motor unit. It must audibly lock into place.
4. Place the lid on the pomace container with the juice dis-
charge. Make sure it is properly seated.
5. Pull the locking lever up and lock the lid.
6. Place the juice collection container under the juice dis-
charge. Make sure that the recess on the collection con-
tainer is properly positioned under the discharge.
7. Connect the device to a properly installed socket. The
socket must also be easily accessible after the device has
been connected.
Your juicer is now ready for use.
