Installation

• The appliance may only be installed by a qualified and trained electrician.
• Before you install the appliance, you should check it for damage. If damage
has occurred during transport, please inform the manufacturer immediately.
The appliance has been tested to ensure proper functioning before delivery.
4.1

Unpacking and checking the contents

Check to ensure the package contains the following items:
• Microwave oven
• Glass tray
• Turntable ring assembly
• Instruction manual
4.2

How to install the appliance

To install the appliance:
1. Make sure that all the packing materials are removed from the inside of the
door.
2. Check the appliance and cable for any damage before installation. Do not use
the appliance if the door, door seals, sealing surface, door hinges, latches
and dents inside the cavity or on the door are damaged or loose. WARNING!
If there is any damage, do not operate the appliance and contact qualified
service personnel.
3. Place the appliance on a stable and horizontal surface at a minimum height
of 85cm. Make sure that the surface can hold the weight of the appliance,
including the heaviest food likely to be cooked. NOTICE Do not place the
appliance near a radio or TV as the appliance may cause interference.
4. Make sure there is a minimum 30cm of free space above the top surface of the
appliance and 20cm at both sides for sufficient airflow.
