Avvertenze generali per la sicurezza
Il presente manuale di installazione è rivolto esclusivamente a
personale professionalmente competente. Leggere attentamente
le istruzioni prima di iniziare l'installazione del prodotto. Una errata instal-
lazione può essere fonte di pericolo. I materiali dell'imballaggio (plastica,
polistirolo, ecc.) non vanno dispersi nell'ambiente e non devono essere
lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
Prima di iniziare l'installazione verificare l'integrità del prodotto. Per
l'eventuale riparazione o sostituzione dei prodotti dovranno essere uti-
lizzati esclusivamente ricambi originali. E' necessario conservare queste
istruzioni e trasmetterle ad eventuali subentranti nell'uso dell'impianto.

2. Montaggio finecorsa

Collegare i faston dei cavetti finecorsa ai microinterruttori come
mostrato in fig. 1. Sistemare i cavetti finecorsa in modo che ri-
mangano ben contenuti all'interno della scatoletta portamicro [1]
e far uscire il cavo dall'apposito passaggio.

Assemblare le due camme [3] sull'anello portacamme come
indicato in fig. 1 senza serrare le viti a fondo.

(Fig. 2) Montare l'anello portacamme sull'albero motore e stringere
la vite [4] senza serrarla.

Fissare la scatoletta portamicro [1] al motoriduttore come indicato
in fig. 1.

(Fig. 3-4) Con cancello o basculante in posizione chiusa, ruotare
manualmente l'anello portacamme [2] in modo da avere il micro
di chiusura premuto e il micro di apertura non premuto. Serrare
in questa posizione l'anello portacamme tramite la vite [4].
Attenzione: verificare che tra il motoriduttore e le camme del finecorsa
ci sia una distanza di almeno 1 mm.

(Fig. 3-4) Con cancello o basculante in posizione aperta, verificare
che il micro di apertura sia premuto.
N.B.: spostare la camma sul foro [A] se il micro di apertura non viene
premuto.

Serrare, a regolazione ultimata, le viti delle camme.
3. Collegamenti elettrici
Collegare i finecorsa come indicato in fig. 3 (se il motore apre girando
in senso orario) oppure in fig. 4 (se il motore apre girando in senso
antiorario).
N.B.: per i collegamenti con quadro elettronico VIVAH seguire le istruzioni
presenti nel manuale del quadro.
4. Regolazione finecorsa
Dare alimentazione ed effettuare alcune manovre per verificare l'esatto
intervento dei finecorsa in modo da ottenere la completa chiusura e
apertura del cancello o basculante.
N.B.: per effettuare una regolazione precisa dell'intervento dei finecorsa
spostare le relative camme.

litter the environment and must be kept out of the reach of children for
whom they may be a source of danger.
Before beginning the installation check that the product is in perfect
condition. For repairs or replacements of product only original spare
parts must be used. These instruction must be kept and forwarded to
all possible future user of the system.

2. Limit switch installation

Connect the limit switch wire fastons to the microswitches as
shown in fig. 1. Arrange the limit switch wires neatly inside the
microswitch box [1] and route the wire out through the appropriate
opening.

Fit the two cams [3] on to the cam ring as shown in fig. 1 without
tightening the screws.

(Fig. 2) Install the cam ring on the driving shaft and screw down
screw [4] without tightening.

Secure the microswitch box [1] to the geared motor as shown in
fig. 1.

(Fig. 3-4) With gate or overhead door closed, manually rotate the
cam ring [2] so as to have the closing microswitch pressed down
and the opening microswitch released. Firmly secure the cam ring
in this position by means of screw [4].
Attention: check that between the geared motor and the limit switch
cams there is a gap of at least 1 mm.

(Fig. 3-4) With gate or overhead door open, check that the opening
microswitch is pressed down.
Note: if the opening microswitch is not pressed down, move the cam
on to hole [A].

Upon setting being completed, tighten the cam screws.
3. Electrical connections
Connect limit switches as shown in fig. 3 (for motors opening clockwise)
or in fig. 4 (for motors opening anticlockwise).
Note: follow VIVAH control panel instructions manual to connect.
4. Adjusting the limit switches
Power and carry out several manoeuvres to check that the limit switches
are operating correctly so as to ensure perfect closing and opening of
the gate or overhead door.
Note: for fine adjustment of limit switch triggering, move the relevant
cams accordingly.
