Cutting grates or slices
1.
Insert the cutting insert into the Livington Slice
& Dice (orange insert for grates, green insert for
slices).
2.
Place the collection container in the appliance.
3.
Place the funnel top onto the unit with the funnel
top on the side of the insert (Fig. R, S) and press
down. You will hear a clicking sound when the
funnel top clicks into place.
4.
Remove the plunger from the funnel top and
place the desired food item into the funnel top.
5.
Press the On/Off switch to switch on the
Livington Slice & Dice. Use the plunger to gently
push the food item down until it has been cut
completely.
6.
The cut grates or slices are collected in the
collecting container.
Dicing
1.
Insert the yellow cutting insert into the Livington
Slice & Dice. Make sure that the arrows on
the insert and the appliance are aligned when
inserted (Fig. N). Important: Press down after
inserting until you hear a clicking sound. This
indicates that the cutting insert is properly
engaged.
2.
Place the collection container in the appliance.
3.
Place the funnel top onto the unit with the funnel
top directly above the cubic lattice and press
down. You will hear a clicking sound when the
funnel top clicks into place.
4.
Remove the plunger from the funnel top and
place the desired food item into the funnel top.
5.
Press the On/Off switch to switch on the
Livington Slice & Dice. Use the plunger to gently
push the food item down until it has been cut
completely.
6.
The diced food is collected in the collecting
container.
Removing the blades from the yellow cutting
insert (dicer)
1.
Place the cleaning brush on top of the cutting
insert.

Press and hold the release button on the cleaning
brush to secure the cleaning brush to the blade
(Fig. T).
3.
Remove the blade by pulling the cleaning brush
upwards with the release button pressed in.
Inserting the blade in the yellow cutting insert
(dicer)
1.
Place the cleaning brush on top of the cutting
insert.
2.
Press and hold the release button on the cleaning
brush to secure the cleaning brush to the blade.
3.
Insert the knife into the insert by first hooking
it to the outside edge and then pressing down
slightly in the middle (Fig. T).
CLEANING
Cleaning brush
The cleaning brush can be used to clean the cutting
insert itself as well as the area between the cutting
blade and insert of cutting residues (Fig. U, V).
In addition, the cleaning brush is used to remove the
blade from the orange cutting insert (dicer).
Dicing function cleaner
1.
Remove the yellow cutting insert from the
appliance.
2.
Take the dicing function cleaner and press it onto
the dicer grid (Fig. W, X).
3.
Any diced food remnants present are pressed out
of the grid.

The Livington Slice & Dice is a simple and easy-to-
use appliance. If you follow the care and maintenance
instructions mentioned above, effortless use is
possible. If faults occur, please refer to the table
below. If this does not solve the problem, please

Excluded from the warranty are all defects resulting
from improper handling, e.g. overheating, discolouration,
