Frage: Das Messer des Sonnengelben
Schneideinsatzes (Würfelschneider) löst sich beim
Schneiden aus der Halterung.
Antwort: Dies kann beim Schneiden von sehr
weichen Käsesorten passieren, da diese zwischen
Messer und Würfeleinsatz verkleben können.
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, entnehmen Sie das
Schneidmesser (siehe Abb. T) und reinigen Sie
Schneidmesser und Schneideinsatz sorgfältig, bevor
Sie diese wieder ins Gerät einsetzen.
Frage: Warum erzeugt der Motor beim Arbeiten
einen unangenehmen Geruch?
Antwort: Neue Geräte geben häufig bei den ersten
paar Einsätzen einen unangenehmen Geruch ab
oder emittieren etwas Rauch. Dies hört nach einigen
Anwendungen wieder auf. Das Gerät kann auch
einen unangenehmen Geruch oder etwas Rauch
emittieren, wenn es zu lange benutzt wurde. In
diesem Fall müssen Sie das Gerät ausschalten und 60
Minuten lang abkühlen lassen.
