• Do not allow excess anti-freeze to evaporate or discard it. Do not allow children near the system.
• Do not interconnect or drill into the internal circuit of the solar system.
• Do not work on the primary and secondary circuits when heat levels are high, whether the
circulating pump is operating or stopped.
• The installation must be fitted with a thermostatic mixing valve at the outlet of the domestic hot
water to prevent overheating dangerous to the user.
2. SAFEKEEPING OF DOCUMENTATION, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
2.1 Safekeeping of documentation
Hand over these installation instructions and other documentation to the user of the equipment.
They will be kept so that instructions and auxiliary resources are available if necessary.
ORKLI, S. Coop. You are not responsible for any damage caused by users' failure to observe these
instructions. If the user moves or sells his house, hand over the appliance documentation to the new
owner.
2.2 Warranties and liabilities
Commercial warranty granted by Orkli S. Coop to its distributors
only on initial purchase (this specifically excludes second-hand purchases).
ORKLI, S. Coop. Guarantees that manufacturer products are free from defects in materials and
workmanship, provided that such products are properly maintained and used.
The only warranty for any defects in the products shall be limited to repair or replacement of any defective
product, at Orkli S. Coop's discretion, .
In accordance with this warranty, the obligation of Orkli S. Coop shall be limited to repair or replacement,
at its sole discretion, of any defective part of the aforementioned product that are defective as a result
of materials and/or the effective manufacture and/or the effective production of parts supplied by Orkli
S. Coop.
This warranty shall expire thirty-six months from the date of delivery of the components. Warranty
repairs must be carried out at repair facilities designated by Orkli S. Coop. Transportation costs to
the repair and replacement site will be paid by ORKLI S. Coop. This is contingent upon confirmation
of a manufacturing defect.
The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or assumed.
Orkli S. Coop shall grant no warranty, express or assumed, for any product which has been repaired,
modified or altered by any person not authorized or approved by Orkli S. Coop. after delivery, unless
Orkli believes that such repairs in no way have caused the defect.
ORKLI, S. Coop. You shall repair or replace the defective product as long as:
• There is confirmation of a manufacturing defect.
• The claim has been made within the warranty period stated above.
• Notification of defects is immediately provided by the customer at the earliest possible time
after such defect is discovered.
• Products are returned to the manufacturer within ten days of the manufacturer requesting a
return for inspection and/or repair or replacement.
• If an incident caused by a third party (carrier, etc.) has occurred, directly related to the
manufacturer, and an account of such has been inserted in the delivery documentation.
