Une fois le boitier Aldes Connect installé et raccordé sur le caisson, une LED rouge clignote pour signaler que le boitier est correctement raccordé.
Flashez ensuite le QR code sur le boitier à l'aide d'un smartphone ou rendez-vous sur aldesconnectpro.com avec les numéros ID du boitier et de série du
caisson (Le numéro de série ou «S/N» est situé sur la plaque de fi rme et commence par 11034xxxxxxxxxxx).
Validez les conditions générales d'utilisation et suivez les étapes d'enregistrement jusqu'au message de validation « Bravo, votre produit a bien été enregistré ».
Une fois les champs complétés, un e-mail d'invitation sera envoyé directement à votre client. Votre client devra ensuite créer son compte sur aldesconnectpro.
com avant de pouvoir accéder au service.

Munissez-vous du numéro ID du boitier et du numéro de série du caisson. Créez votre compte client sur aldesconnectpro.com
Une fois le boitier Aldes Connect installé et raccordé sur le caisson, rendez-vous sur aldesconnectpro.com avec les numéros ID du boitier et de série du caisson.
Validez les conditions générales d'utilisation et suivez les étapes d'enregistrement jusqu'au message de validation « Bravo, votre produit a bien été enregistré ».
Une fois les champs complétés vous pouvez accéder au service.

6.4. Limites de responsabilités
Aldes ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas d'installation en zone non couverte par le signal Sigfox (en local technique, en sous-sol par exemple). Vérifi ez la
couverture réseau directement sur https://www.sigfox.com/en/coverage.
Aldes ne pourra être tenu responsable de tout dommage direct ou indirect lié aux réseaux de communication et ne garantit pas le fonctionnement du service Sigfox.
En conséquence des deux points ci-dessus, la valeur de remboursement en cas d'arrêt du service indépendant de la volonté d'Aldes et sur réclamation du client,
sera calculée au prorata de la période d'utilisation moyennant une franchise de 100 € sur le prix de vente initial.
RESPONSABILITÉS DU CLIENT - Le passage en commande de l'article Aldes Connect PRO par le client vaut acceptation de sa part sans réserve au service qui lui
est proposé. Il accepte, en enregistrant le caisson, l'utilisation de ses données personnelles par Aldes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du service.
Le client installateur professionnel s'engage à faire la même démarche vis-à-vis de son client fi nal et se porte garant à l'égard d'Aldes d'avoir obtenu le consentement
de son client à la mise en place de ce service : à défaut, le Client engagera sa responsabilité à l'égard d'Aldes.

Aldes may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage linked to the communication networks and does not guarantee the operation of the Sigfox service.

CUSTOMER'S LIABILITIES - Placing an order for the item Aldes Connect PRO by the customer signifi es his acceptance without reservation of the service offered
him. He agrees, by registering the box fan, to Aldes using his personal data to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
The professional installer customer undertakes to apply the same approach towards his end customer and guarantees Aldes that he has obtained his customer's
consent to the installation of this service: failing that, the Customer will engage his liability with respect to Aldes.
6.5. Garantie produit et service
Le matériel est garanti 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat et il inclut 1 an d'abonnement au réseau de télécommunication Sigfox à compter de la date mise en
service. Le Client aura la possibilité, à son initiative, et avant l'échéance du douzième mois, de prolonger l'abonnement au réseau de télécommunication pour
12 mois supplémentaires en conservant le matériel existant.
The equipment is guaranteed for two years with effect from the date of purchase and includes one year subscription to the Sigfox telecommunications network
with effect from the date of commissioning. The Customer will be able, on his own initiative, before the end of the twelfth month to extend the subscription to the
telecommunications network for an additional twelve months, keeping the existing equipment.
