Montar (4) separadores hexagonales M6x32 mm para sujeción de consola en roscas originales. Presentar consola y posicionar con tornillos M6x16 mm en su lugar correcto para colocar el equipo correctamente.

Fijar soportes al equipo con (4) tornillos M8x45, (4) arandelas grower y (4) arandelas planas ala ancha. Muy importante: Los soportes deben quedar en la posición que se indica en la parte delantera del equipo.

SENSOR DE AIRE DE RETORNO Poner abrazadera en sonda de recirculación con tornillo M4x15 a la medida indicada. 30 mm Dar taladro Ø 4,5 donde se indica. Montar sonda de recirculación con arandela y tuerca M4.

  • Page 10 INTEGRAL POWER ® DESAGÜES Colocar abrazadera en válvula de drenaje. Montar (4) abrazaderas con (4) tornillos M4x15, (4) arandelas grower y (4) arandelas planas ala ancha. Muy importante: Colocar las válvulas ligeramente inclinadas para evitar que interfieran con el techo.

Atención: al conectar los cableados, dejar la distancia adecuada, para evitar su rotura por los movimientos de la cabina.

  • Page 18 INTEGRAL POWER ® Mount (4) M8x43 mm hexagonal spacers for unit fastening support pieces. Mount (4) M6x32 mm hexagonal spacers to secure the console on the original threads. Correctly position the console with M6x16 mm screws in order to position the unit correctly.
  • Page 19 INTEGRAL POWER ® Take down the console again. Mount the unit’s fastening support pieces. Secure the support pieces to the unit with (4) M8x45 screws, (4) grower washers and (4) wide-rim flat washers. Very important: The supports must be in the position indicated in the front of the unit.
  • Page 20 INTEGRAL POWER ® Tighten the screws until the support pieces come up against the hexagonal spacers. RETURN AIR SENSOR Position the clamp in the recirculation sensor with M4x15 screw at the indicated 30 mm measurement. Bore Ø4.5 as indicated. Mount the recirculation sensor with M4 nut and washer.

  • Page 22 INTEGRAL POWER ® WASTEWATER RUNOFFS Position the clamp in the drainage valve. Mount (4) clamps with (4) M4x15 screws, (4) grower washers and (4) wide-rim flat washers. Very important: Position the valves slightly inclined to avoid interference with the roof.

Monter (4) séparateurs hexagonaux M6x32 mm pour fixation de console sur les écrous originaux. Présenter la console et la positionner avec des vis M6x16 mm à l’endroit convenant pour placer l’appareil correctement.

Fixer les supports à l’appareil avec (4) vis M8x45, (4) rondelles grower et (4) rondelles plates à bord large. Très important: Les supports doivent être dans la position indiquée sur la partie avant de l’appareil.
  • Page 32 INTEGRAL POWER ® Serrer les vis jusqu’à ce que les supports butent contre les séparateurs hexagonaux. CAPTEUR D’AIR DE RETOUR Mettre un collier sur la sonde de recirculation avec une vis M4x15 à la mesure indiquée. 30 mm Faire un perçage Ø 4,5 selon indication. Monter la sonde de recirculation avec une rondelle et un écrou M4.

    INTEGRAL POWER ® Vérifier que le passage du câblage est bien scellé. Dans le cas contraire, sceller avec de la silicone. Attention: lors de la connexion des câblages, garder la distance qui convient pour éviter que les mouvements de la cabine ne les endommagent.

(4) Sechskant-Distanzstücke M6x32 mm für die Befestigung der Konsole in die Originalgewinde einbauen. Konsole auflegen und mit Schrauben M6x16 mm am richtigen Platz positionieren, damit Gerät ordnungsgemäß eingebaut werden kann.

Halterungen mit (4) Schrauben M8x45, (4) Grower-Scheiben und (4) Breitflansch- Flachscheiben am Gerät befestigen. Avvitare (4) distanziatori esagonali M6x32 mm per il fissaggio della console sulle bacchette filettate originali. Sistemare e montare provvisoriamente la console con le viti M6x16 mm per verificare il corretto posizionamento dell’impianto.
  • Page 55 INTEGRAL POWER ® Smontare di nuovo la console. Montare quindi i supporti di fissaggio dell’impianto. Fissare i supporti all’impianto con (4) viti M8x45, (4) rondelle grower e (4) rondelle piane a testa larga. Nota bene: nella parte anteriore dell’impianto i supporti devono essere montati nella posizione indicata.

SENSORE DELL’ARIA DI RITORNO Inserire la staffa sulla sonda di ricircolo con la vite M4x15 alla misura indicata. 30 mm Praticare un foro Ø 4,5 dove indicato. Montare la sonda di ricircolo con la rondella e il dado M4.

Attenzione: quando collegano cablaggi, lasciare la distanza necessaria per evitarne la rottura per i movimenti della cabina.
