1. INTENDED USE

The service jack is designed to lift vehicles.
This device is not designed to be used by children or persons with limited mental abilities or without experience and/or
lack of required specialist knowledge. Keep children away from the device.
The device is not designated for commercial use.
Utilisation according to the intended purpose also includes the observation of all information in these operating instruc-
tions, particularly the observation of safety instructions. Any other utilisation is considered to be counter to the intended
purpose and may result in material damage or personal injuries. EAL GmbH assumes no liability for damage resulting
from improper use.

Minimum lifting height: approx. 104 mm
Maximum lifting height: approx. 380 mm

4. SAFETY NOTES

• Use the service jack for the intended purpose only, namely to lift vehicles. Keep the jack out of the reach
of children. The service jack is not a toy. Do not allow unqualified persons to use the service jack.
• Do not use the service jack to load vehicles. Never lift the entire vehicle. Never lift people.
• Check the service jack for correct functionality before first use. Check the service jack, in particular, for
firm seating of all screws.
• Do not use the service jack on sloped surfaces. Only use the service jack on durable, firm and even surfaces.
• Always position the service jack at right angles to the vehicle.
• Position the service jack in such a way that it cannot be operated from underneath the vehicle.
• This service jack is only a lifting tool. Never work under the vehicle if it has not been secured by additional
safety measures, for example, support frames and chocks, to prevent slippage and rolling.
• Only lift the vehicle at the intended positions. Centre the saddle at the lifting point, before lifting the vehicle.
• When lifting the vehicle, make sure that no fuel, battery fluid or other hazardous substances are able to exit.
• When lifting, there should be no one inside the vehicle.
• Do not load the service jack beyond the specified maximum payload.
• Do not use the service jack if you have found any damages. Do not take the device apart and do not
attempt any repairs of your own. Taking it apart may lead to subsequent faults and defects. There is a
risk of accident! Have the device maintained by a specialist.
• Make sure that there are no persons or objects under the vehicle before lowering.
