6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

6.1 Safety Precautions

All maintenance, cleaning, appliance repair must be done with an unplugged (isolated from all electrical
sources).
The use of caustic detergents and baking soda for cleaning is forbidden. The water does not get inside the
unit.
Never immerse the device in water or other liquid.
Use Casselin branded products designed for this purpose.
WARNING
The device can not be cleaned by direct water stream (no water jet under pressure).

6.2 Daily maintenance

EXTERNAL clean the dust and dirt by thoroughly washing the lid (including the air inlet holes). Use a soft
cloth or sponge and a mild soap or warm water with detergent.
INSIDE: We recommend to inspect the interior of the hand dryer and clean it if necessary once a year, or if
the performance decreases. More intense use or an environment that contains excessive lint, dust or other
particles, requires more frequent cleaning. Accumulation of lint on the air intake, the pre-filter or other hand
dryer of the internal parts will reduce the efficiency and lifetime of the parts. To clean, cut (off) the current dry
hands at the service connection. Remove the cover by removing the two bolts burglar on the side of the cover
using the special anti-theft key provided with the hand dryer. Use a small soft brush to clean all parts
thoroughly.
If your unit has a hand dryer pre-filter or HEPA filtration system, lift the strainer to rinse with water and dry it.
Reinstall.
DO NOT CLEAN THE HEPA FILTER FOR ÉVITERQU'IL ENTREEN CONTACT WITH WATER.
6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance of the apparatus
daily checking for damage in the power cord. Never use the appliance when the cord is damaged. If the cord
has defects, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
In case of failure, please contact your dealer.
Any maintenance or repair should be performed only by a professional.
NOTE
In case of disjunction, unplug the appliance, let it cool and contact your dealer. If the unit fails to start, check
your power cord. The device must not be plugged into a power strip, but directly to a wall outlet. For any other
abnormality, contact your dealer.
NOTE
Waste used devices: any old appliance must, upon disposal, observe the regulations of the country *. It is
imperative to make it unusable before disposal by removing the power cable.
