Hinweis:

regler) durch die Durchgangsbohrung führen.

stellknopf führen und anziehen.

Manometer montieren
Hinweis: Bei separater Bestellung eines Mano-
meters mit 1/4"-Gewinde wird ein Quetsch ring
als separates Teil mitgeliefert. Bei Verwendung
eines Quetschrings darf das Manometer nicht
mehr zurückgedreht werden, da es sonst undicht
wird.
Manometer mit 1/8"-Gewinde werden ohne
Quetschring ausgeliefert. Diese Manometer
müssen mit Dichtband oder mit fl üssiger Gewin-
dedichtung (zum Beispiel Loctite) abgedichtet
werden. Beim Verwendung eines Dichtrings,
Dichtbandes oder fl üssiger Gewindedichtung
darf das Manometer etwas zurückgedreht
werden.
Wenn kein Manometer verwendet wird, muss
die Verschlussschraube eingeschraubt und abge-
dichtet werden.
– Stecken Sie den Quetschring auf das Mano-
meter oder verwenden Sie Dichtband oder
fl üssige Gewindedichtung.
– Drehen Sie das Manometer in das Manometer-
gewinde bis es komplett eingeschraubt ist
(Maulschlüssel SW 14).
Max. Anzugsmoment: 7 ... 8 Nm.

– Drill or punch a through borehole 31 mm in the
mounting plate (b).
– Insert individual device (a) (pressure regula-
tor or fi lter-pressure regulator) through the
through borehole.
– Guide control panel nut M30 × 1,5 (c) over the
setting knob and tighten.
Max. tightening torque: 8 Nm
Installing the pressure gauge
Note: When a pressure gauge with 1/4" thread
is ordered separately, a compression ring will
be supplied with it as a separate component.
When a compression ring is used, the pressure
gauge must not be unscrewed again, since it
would leak.
Pressure gauges with 1/8" threads are delivered
without a compression ring. These pressure
gauges must be sealed with packing tape or
with liquid thread sealant (for example, Loctite).
When packing tape or liquid thread sealant is
used, the pressure gauge can be unscrewed
a little.
If no pressure gauge is used, the plug screw
must be screwed in and sealed.
– Fit the compression ring onto the pressure
gauge or use packing tape or liquid thread
sealant.
– Screw the pressure gauge into the threaded
pressure gauge bore until it is fully screwed in
(open-ended spanner SW 14).
Max. tightening torque: 7 ... 8 Nm.
