plate, inside the display case (see fig. 8 on page 13) are shown in table III, page 13.
A-weighted sound pressure level is less than 70 dB (A). This refrigerated cabinet gene-
rates no harmful vibrations.
We hereby declare that the display case at issue complies as executing EEC directive
1935/2004 on materials and objects fit for contact with edibles.
7. LOADING PRODUCTS
Once the technicians have completed cabinet installation, switch it on through the wall
cut-out switch. The cabinet will then start its cooling cycle. Allow about two hours be-
fore loading products, which must already be at their preservation temperature. THE
DISPLAY CASE IS FACTORY-REGULATED FOR THE ANTICIPATED PERFORMANCE.
WHEN LOADING PRODUCTS MAKE CERTAIN THAT:
• they are similar in size and type;
• the shelf load limit (160 kg/sq.m for the shelf and 225 kg/m2 for the chest) is not
exceeded;
• the shelf load limit (480 kg/lm for the whole shelf) is not exceeded;
• products do not cover the slots that ensure the correct circulation of cool air (see fig.
9, page 19).
8. USE
This display case was designed and manufactured exclusively for the display of fresh
packed food, drinks and dairies (climatic class 3H-3M2-3M0). Its aim is keeping food
temperature, not lowering it. Hence when introduced, the foodstuffs must be at their
conservation Temperature.
For correct operation we recommend:
• loading the products as explained in the former chapter;
• verify that the doors are not open

SHELVES CONFIGURATION

To ensure the correct performance that the cabinet was designed for, shelves must be
arran ged inside the cabinet according to the set-up described on page 22. Shelf in-
clination can be set on 4 different positions (0° - 7° - 14° - 21°), by moving the shelf
supporting bracket on the display case's uprights.
9. CONTROLS
Low on the right (see fig. 9 on page 19), cabinets are fitted with a switch for the control
of product lighting and with a thermometer for the visualization of the temperature. In
