No power

• Make sure that the power cords are connected
correctly.
• Make sure that the power socket has power in
it.
• Press the power button
• Select the correct source.
• Reduce the distance between the remote
control and the soundbar
• Make sure that the batteries are installed
correctly
• Replace the batteries
• Aim the remote control into the IR sensor
• Make sure that the sound is not muted
• Unplug both devices and plug them again
• Make sure that the source is set correctly
• Pair the subwoofer and the soundbar
• Format is not supported
• Some models of TVs require enabling HDR
content reception. Refer to the manual of your
TV
• Make sure that the Bluetooth function is
enabled
• Make sure that the pairing mode is enabled
• The soundbar turns off automatically after 15
minutes, if no sound is detected
• Unplug the subwoofer from the mains socket
and reconnect it after 4 minutes
