Hydrauliche Bremsanlage für Vorderachse

Adaptable sur les véhicules de compétition et de loisirs piste et tout terrain ainsi que sur
les châssis de marque concurrente
Purge des freins :
• Remplir une seringue d'huile hydraulique et la connecter à la vis de purge de l'étrier.
• Sortir le piston de la seconde seringue et la connecter sur la vis de purge du maître-cylindre.
• Ouvrir les deux vis de purge, de l'étrier et du maître-cylindre d'un demi-tour.
• Appuyer sur la seringue jusqu'à ce que l'huile hydraulique sorte du maître-cylindre sans bulle.
• Vérifier qu'il n'y ait plus de bulles dans les durites, sinon renouveler. Actionner le levier du maître-cylindre,
essuyer le surplus d'huile puis resserrer la vis de purge du maître-cylindre et de l'étrier.
Attention ! Serrer avec précaution, sinon il y a risque d'abimer le maître-cylindre ou l'étrier.
• Retirer les seringues
• Vérifier qu'aucune bulle ne soit visible.
• Faire un premier roulage pour une mise en place puis purger à nouveau les freins.
Entlüftung der Bremsen :
• Füllen Sie eine Spritze mit Öl und verbinden Sie diese mit der
Entlüftungsschraube des Bremssattels.
• Nehmen Sie den Kolben aus der zweiten Spritze und verbinden Sie
diese mit der Entlüftungsschraube des Hauptzylinders.
• Öffnen Sie beide Entlüftungsschrauben des Bremssattels und des
Hauptzylinders mit einer halben Umdrehung.
• Drücken Sie die Spritze bis das Öl aus dem Hauptzylinder ohne
Luftblasen heraustritt.
• Ziehen Sie an dem Hebel vom Hauptbremszylinder, bis daß öl von der
Entlüftungschraube, danach schließen. Drehen Sie beide Entlüftungs-
schrauben wieder mit einer halben Umdrehung zu. Vorsicht: Drehen Sie
die Schrauben behutsam zu, da ansonsten der Bremssattel und der
Hauptzylinder beschädigt werden könnten.
• Nehmen Sie die Spritzen wieder ab.
• Versichern Sie sich, daß keine Luftblasen mehr vorhanden sind.
• Fahren Sie ein erstes Mal und entlüften Sie anschließend nochmals
Ihre Bremsen.

Purging the brakes :
• Fill a syringe with hydraulic oil and connect it to the purge port of the
caliper.
• Remove the piston out of the second syringe and connect it to the purge
screw of the master cylinder.
• Open a half-turn the purge screws of the caliper and master cylinder.
• Press on the syringe until the oil flows out of the master cylinder
without air bubbles in it.
• Check for any bubbles in the tubes. If bubbles are still visible, perform
the operation again. Press the master cylinder clean the oil excess and
tighten the purge screws of the master cylinder and caliper of a half-turn.
Tighten with caution; otherwise master cylinder or caliper may be da-
maged.
• Remove the syringes.
• Check for any bubbles
• Perform a first run with the car to allow the brake components to sit in
place and purge the brakes again.
