12. Operation

a) Visitor Rings at the Outdoor Unit
• If a visitor rings the bell (15) at the outdoor unit, the ring sound is activated at the indoor unit
and the LED "IN USE" (4) flashes.
If the handset is not answered, the ring tone is deactivated and the LED stops flashing.
• If the handset is answered, you will be able to talk to the visitor.
• Briefly press the button "B" (7) to activate the relay in the outdoor unit (and the connected
door opener).
• When the conversation is finished, hang up the handset again. Ensure that it is hung up
correctly and cannot fall off.
b) Using Access Cards
• Briefly hold the access card in front of the sensor area (13). A sound signal is emitted and
the green LED flashes briefly.
• The relay in the outdoor unit is activated briefly (switch-on duration either 1 or 5 seconds,
see chapter 11. b).
A connected door opener can be activated via the relay (it must have a separate power
supply).

If an access card not stored in the outdoor unit is held in front of the sensor area,
a warning signal is emitted (the relay is not activated).
In case of a power outage, all settings remain saved.
