• We strongly recommend that you run a fitting test before
using for the first time.
• Carefully read the instructions for use and keep them for
future consultation.
• If your vehicle is equipped with an antiskid device, do not
disconnect it. If you hear abnormal sounds, stop and check that
the socks are properly fitted. Norauto's WinterTex 3 snow socks
are considered to be special equipment and can thus be used
when the B26 panel is in force (as per the decree of July 18th
1985).
• Ensure that your snow socks are compatible with the tyres
fitted on your vehicle.
• Check that you have fitted the snow socks on the drive
wheels of your vehicle.
• The road behaviour of your vehicle equipped with snow socks
is negatively affected, particularly on dry surfaces. Drive
carefully on snowy and cleared roads. Avoid sudden braking
and acceleration. We advise against use on dry surfaces.
• Before starting out with the snow socks installed, check that
the rear elastic does not touch the fixed parts of the vehicle
(shock absorber, brake calliper, etc.)
• Do not exceed 50 Km/h when your vehicle is fitted with snow
socks.
• Snow socks must only be used on snowy and icy surfaces.
They must be removed as soon as road conditions no longer
justify their use and when the vehicle is parked.
• Snow socks do not replace winter tyres. When the socks are
fitted on the (drive) wheels, there may be a difference in
adhesion between the front and the rear of the vehicle, thus
increasing the risk of skidding. We thus recommend the
utmost caution when driving a vehicle equipped with antiskid
devices.
• For four-wheel drive vehicles (with 4 drive wheels), we
recommend fitting two sets of "WinterTex 3" snow socks.
• If your socks are slightly and locally perforated after use for
the first time, they can be re-used with no problem. However,
if the perforations exceed 50% of tyre tread width, they can
no longer be used. Snow socks cannot be repaired.
• The "WinterTex 3" snow socks, washed, dried and stored in
their packaging after use.
• Before installing snow socks or snow chains, using your
manufacturer's manual check that your vehicle is compatible
with these various special equipment.
• Do not store the product at > 40°.

• Se il veicolo è dotato di un dispositivo antislittamento, questo
non deve essere assolutamente scollegato. Se si sentono
rumori anomali, fermarsi e verificare se le calze da neve sono
sistemate correttamente. Le calze da neve WinterTex 3 di
Norauto sono considerate attrezzature speciali e possono
quindi essere utilizzate quando il pannello B26 è in funzione
(conformemente all'ordinanza del 18 luglio 1985).
• Assicurarsi che le calze da neve siano compatibili con gli
pneumatici montati al veicolo.
• Controllare se le calze da neve sono state montate sulle
ruote motrici del veicolo.
• Il comportamento in strada del veicolo dotato di calze da
neve subisce una modifica negativa, soprattutto su manto
stradale asciutto. Guidare con la massima prudenza su
strade innevate o liberate dalla neve. Frenare e accelerare
con anticipo. L'uso su manto stradale asciutto è sconsigliato.
• Non superare la velocità di 50 km/h se il veicolo è dotato di
calze da neve.
• Le calze da neve devono essere utilizzate solo su un manto
innevato o ghiacchiato. Devono essere tolte non appena lo
stato della carreggiata non ne richiede più l'uso o non
appena il veicolo è fermo.
• Le calze non sostituiscono gli pneumatici invernali. Quando le
calze da neve sono montate sulle ruote (motrici), possono
verificarsi differenze di aderenza tra la parte anteriore e la
parte posteriore del veicolo, il che aumenta il rischio di
slittamento. Pertanto si raccomanda di prestare molta
attenzione durante la guida di un veicolo dotato di dispositivi
antislittamento.
• Per i veicoli 4X4 (ruote motrici), si consiglia di montare due
paia di calze da neve « WinterTex 3 ».
• Anche se le calze da neve sono leggermente e localmente
bucate dopo un primo utilizzo, è possibile riutilizzarle.
Tuttavia, se i fori superano il 50% della larghezza del
battistrada, queste non possono essere più essere utilizzate.
Le calze da neve non sono riparabili.
• Prima di installare le catene da neve e calzini di neve, con le
istruzioni del produttore per verificare che il veicolo è
compatibile con le varie attrezzature speciali.
• Non conservare il prodotto a temperature > 40°.
• Importante : Le istruzioni fornite dal costruttore del veicolo
devono essere rispettati.
