and make free-up their movement. Make sure that no
breaks, tears or other conditions are present which can
impair functioning. A damaged safety device or other
damaged part must be repaired or replaced by a recog-
nized customer service partner as far as nothing differ-
ent is indicated in the operating instructions.
• Change defective switches via recognized customer
service. Do not work with the machine if the circuit
breaker and/or the speed adjustment does not allow
correct movement.
• Make sure that your mains voltage corresponds to the
data on the machine identification plate on the ma-
chine.
• Always use pressure limits for the support of the work
piece and as feedback safety.
• Take care with tools which can be extremely sharp.
• Check carefully for signs of points of failure or tears
before working with a tool. Exchange damaged or worn
tools immediately.
• Before working ensure that you remove all foreign bod-
ies, such as nails and screws, from the work piece.
• Keep your hands away from the rotary tools.
• When switching on the machine the tool must not affect
the work piece.
• Let the machine run after switching on before you make
the first cut. Pay attention to possible vibrations or turn-
ing of an incorrectly used tool.
• Follow the direction of rotation of the tool and the cor-
rect feed direction.
• Supply the work piece against the direction of rotation
of the tool.
• Do not leave the machine unsupervised.
• Do not touch the tool after working. It can be extremely
hot and burn your skin.
• Rag, cables and suchlike must not be present when
working on the work surface.
• After a longer work time, external metal parts and ac-
cessories can become very hot.
• Keep hands away from the rotary tools.
• Always switch off and wait until the tool is perfectly still
before you remove the work piece from the table.
Attention: The use of an accessory or an attachment not
recommended in these operating instructions can lead to
bodily injuries.
This product may be used only for the intended purpose.
Any application not described in these operating instruc-
tions is regarded as inappropriate use. The operator, and
not the manufacturer, is responsible for all damage or in-
juries as a result of inappropriate application.
• Support long work pieces correctly.
• Keep the table openings as small as possible regarding
the size of the cutting tool by use of the correct table
rings.
• Additional aids, like horizontal pressure means, are to
be used for working on narrow work pieces.
• Do not stand the machine in rain.
• Put the machine plug only into the rack plug socket.
• Fasten the rack onto a work bench with four screws.
• Soyez toujours bien concentré sur votre travail. Faites

• Vérifier s'il y a des pièces endommagées sur la machine.
Si un dispositif de protection ou une autre pièce est en-
dommagé vérifier soigneusement s'il fonctionne encore
correctement avant de poursuivre le travail. Contrôler
l'alignement des pièces mobiles et dégager leur trajec-
toire. S'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de cassures, de fissures
ou d'autres conditions susceptibles de compromettre le
fonctionnement. Sauf spécification contraire dans les
instructions d'utilisation, un dispositif de protection en-
dommagé ou tout autre pièce endommagée doit être
réparé(e) ou remplacé(e) par un service après-vente
approuvé.
• Faire remplacer les interrupteurs défectueux par un ser-
vice après-vente approuvé. Ne pas travailler sur la ma-
chine si l'interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊt et/ou le réglage
de vitesse ne peut pas être manœuvré correctement.
• S'assurer que la tension d'alimentation correspond aux
indication sur la plaque signalétique de la machine.
• Toujours utiliser des barres de pression pour étayer la
pièce à usiner et comme dispositif anti-retour.
• Manier les outils avec précaution, ils peuvent être extrê-
mement coupants.
• Avant le travail, contrôler les outils minutieusement
pour détecter d'éventuelles détériorations ou fissures.
Remplacer immédiatement l'outil endommagé ou fis-
suré.
• S'assurer avant le travail que tous les corps étrangers
tels que clous et vis ont été enlevés de l'outil.
• Ne pas approcher les mains de l'outil en rotation.
• Lors de la mise en service de la machine, l'outil ne doit
pas toucher la pièce à usiner.
• Après la mise en service, laisser tourner la machine
pendant un certain temps avant d'effectuer la première
opération. Repérer s'il y a lieu toute vibration ou culbu-
tage qui indiquerait que l'outil n'a pas été inséré cor-
rectement.
• Vérifier le sens de rotation de l'outil et si le sens de la
direction de l'avance est correct.
• Amener la pièce à usiner dans le sens opposé au sens
de rotation de l'outil.
• Ne pas laisser la machine en marche sans surveillance.
• Ne pas toucher l'outil après le travail. Il peut être extrê-
mement chaud et causer des brûlures sur la peau.
• Pendant le travail il ne doit y avoir de chiffons, câbles
ou autres objets sur le plan de travail.
• Après une période de travail prolongé, les parties métal-
liques et les accessoires peuvent être très chauds.
• Ne pas approcher les main de l'outil en rotation.
• Toujours arrêter et attendre que l'outil soit complète-
ment à l'arrêt avec de retirer la pièce à usiner de la
table.
Avertissement: L'emploi d'accessoires ou de pièces d'équi-
pement qui ne sont pas recommandés dans les instruc-
tions d'utilisation peut causer des blessures.
Ce produit ne doit être utilisé que pour l'usage prévu. Tou-
