• Locate the three thread holes on the hub of the head.
• Thread the handles into the holes of hub until tight.

CHUCK INSTALLATION

WARNING
Clean the spindle taper and the tapered hole in the chuck
before assembly. Remove factory protective coating with
alcohol or household oven cleaner.
• Rotate the chuck sleeve counterclockwise and open the
jaws as wide as possible.
• Place chuck on the taper of spindle and gently tape the
chuck into position with a rubber hammer or a hammer
with wood block. Never use metal hammer directly.

• The machine must be installed in a well-lighted area
with correct power supply.
• The machine can be installed on either a workbench or
a tool stand by using bolts, lock washers, and hex nuts.
• The machine must be bolted to a firm and level surface.
• There must be proper clearance to adjust the workpiece
before and after the operation is complete. There must
be sufficient room to safely operate the machine.

POWER SOURCE

WARNING
Do not connect to the power source until the machine is
completely assembled.
The motor is designed for operation on the voltage and
frequency specified. Normal loads will be handled safely
on voltages not more than 10% above or below specified
voltage. Running the unit on voltages which are not within
range may cause overheating and motor burnout. Heavy
loads require that voltage at motor terminals be no less
than the voltage specified on nameplate.
