Personnel qualifications

The personnel for the assembly, operation and maintenance must have
appropriate qualifications the owner-operator must ensure the spheres of
responsibility, competence and supervision of the personnel. Personnel
not having the required knowledge must be trained or instructed accor-
dingly.
Can be used by children from age 8 years as well as by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the safe use of the device and understand the resulting risks children
may not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be
performed by children without supervision.
