This manual provides instructions for converting
gas types on Rinnai Commercial Boilers.
For installations in Canada, the conversion shall be
carried out in accordance with the requirements of
the provincial authorities having jurisdiction and in
accordance with the requirements of the CGA-
B149.1, Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code.
The boiler must be converted in accordance with
local codes or, in the absence of local codes, the
National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 and/
or CSA B149.1, Natural Gas and Propane
Installation Code.

Training in installation of condensing

Read all instructions in this manual before
attempting the gas conversion. The gas
conversion must be performed according to
the exact instructions in this manual.

Proper gas conversion is the responsibility of
the installer.

When gas conversion is complete:

Complete the "For the Consumer" form
in the back of this manual.

Leave this manual with the boiler or give
the manual directly to the consumer.
