1. Enter the required information on the conversion rating plate label (Figure 14):

2. Affix the conversion rating plate label on top of the existing rate plate. DO NOT cover up the certification
logos on the existing rating plate (Figure 15).

All settings/adjustments must be performed by a qualified Service Technician. The conversion shall be carried
out by a manufacturer's authorized representative, in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer,
provincial or territorial authorities having jurisdiction and in accordance with the requirements of the
CAN/CGA-B149.1 or CAN/CGA-B149.2 Installation Codes.
Canadian High Altitude Installations: Elevations between 2,000 ft and 10,200 ft (600 m and 3,109 m) must
complete the High Altitude information located on the right side panel of the unit.

NOTE:
•
Cut gas conversion label in half at perforated cut line.
•
Place one label over rating plate located on boiler bottom panel.
•
Place other label over rating plate located on inside of back
panel.
DO NOT place label over certification logos or other
useful information on the boiler ratings label.
Place the gas conversion rating plate label on top of
existing rating plate. NOTE: Only cover the section
below the dash line.
