e) Insert the square-supporting rod into the
relevant housing.
f) Remove the M6 nut from the blocking lever
using the 10 mm Allen wrench.
g) Insert the lever into the slot near the square-
supporting rod housing.
h) Move the square supporting rod-blocking lever
to the position indicated in photo 3.

i) Use the spanners provided to tighten the rod-
blocking lever.
CAUTION !
THE SQUARE SUPPORTING ROD LEVER IS
BLOCKED BY ROTATING THE LEVER ANTI-
CLOCKWISE.
LEFT HANDED OPERATORS
a) Set up the carriage rod on the worktable as
indicated in photo 4.
Secure the carriage rod unit using the screws
supplied.

b) Proceed as indicated from point (b) to point (i) in
the RIGHT HANDED OPERATORS paragraph.
c) Unscrew the screws and the square locking
knob.
d) Turn the square upside down and retighten.

4. Making a cut

CAUTION !
a) Rest the tile on the worktable, with the cutting
point aligned. Position the carriage and set up
the cutting wheel using the side levers as
indicated in photo 6.

b) Proceed to cut the glaze by pushing on the
movement rod and exerting a constant
downward pressure for the entire length of the
tile.
