Warning: For safety reasons, anyone who
has not read or understood
instructions must not use the pump.
Children under 16 years of age must not be
allowed to use the pump and must be kept at a safe
distance when the pump is in operation.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children ) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities , or lack of experience and
knowledge , unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
2 - SAFETY MEASURES – READ CAREFULLY
BEFORE USE
The user is responsible for everything concerning the use
of the pump (electrical, hydraulic installation etc.). In
France, meet the requirements of standard NF C15-100 of
07/00 for low voltage electrical installations. In other
countries, follow local regulations.
Before using the pump, it is therefore advisable to have an
experienced electrician check that the necessary safety
measures have been applied to the electrical network.
The characteristics indicated on the pump identification
plate must match the characteristics of the electrical
network.
For safety reasons, the electrical network which supplies
your pump must be equipped with a differential circuit
breaker and earthed sockets.
When the pump is to be used for cleaning and other
maintenance of garden ponds , outdoor fountains ,
swimming pool and similar place:
• The pump must not be used when people are in the
water ;

3 - FIELD OF APPLICATION

Tecnoma clear and polluted water cellar pumps are
designed for private and domestic use.
With its reversible base, it can be used to evacuate slightly
polluted clear water (particles up to 3 mm) or water with
particles up to 30 mm: infiltration water (cellars,
basements), soapy water and tank transfer water.
The water pumped out must not exceed a temperature of
35°C.
THIS PUMP MUST NOT BE USED IN DRY CONDITIONS;
AVOID USING IT IN DRYING POSITION FOR
PROLONGED PERIODS.
Warning: This pump is not suitable for pumping salt water,
corrosive products, inflammable or explosive liquids, fats or
foodstuffs.
