Installation

Danger to life!
The AIR1 unit
must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and installation work and
opening the terminal compartment
Risk due to electric shock, moving parts (fan) and hot surfaces.
In order to ensure easy access to the terminal box, the weather protection cover must be sloped in the direction of the
service side of the AIR1 ventilation unit.
- Installation Weather protection cover AIR1-AAD XH 1000-2500 and AIR1-AAD RH 1500-3000
1. Remove screw covers at top of unit before installing the weather protection cover, see Fig. 6.
2. Apply sealing tape ( ) at top of unit, see Fig. 7.
