  • Page 7 INSTALL THE HOOD 1. Cut a hole in the bottom of the cabinet in order to settle the hood. 2. Insert (2) mounting screws (M4x30mm Pan Head) through side of hood behind filters with bushing so they do not protrude externally. 3.
  • Page 8 WIRING BLOWER CONNECTION AT HOOD Exterior or In-Line CAUTION: All electrical wiring should blower be done by a qualified person (s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards. This range hood must be properly grounded. Do not turn power on at service panel until all wires have been connected.
  • Page 9 CONNECT DUCTWORK 1. Connect 8" round metal duct to the 8” ROUND METAL DUCT discharge collar on the hood. 2. Use duct tape to make all joints secure and air tight. MAINTENANCE GREASE FILTERS Grease Filters The grease filters should be cleaned frequently (approximately every two (2) months).
  • Page 10 OPERATION BLOWER SPEED CONTROL Controls LIGHT BLOWER SWITCH The light switch turns the halogen lights on ON / OFF and off. SWITCH The blower on / off switch turns the blower on to the running speed set by the blower speed control.

La hotte PKEX22 doit être installée avec l’un des ventilateurs suivants : EB6, EB9, EB12, EB15, ILB3, ILB6, ILB9 ou ILB11 seulement.   • Page 25 VENTILADOR IN-LINE PRECAUCIÓN: con este tipo de campana se deben utilizador tanto un ventilador exterior como un ventilador in-line. La campana PKEX22 debe instalarse utilizando ventiladores de los modelos EB6, EB9, EB12, EB15, ILB3, ILB6, ILB9 o ILB11 únicamente. No pueden reemplazarse por otro tipo de ventiladores (los ventiladores se venden por separado).

Esta campana tiene que ser instalada correctamente. No encienda la campana hasta que todos los cables estén instalados.
