The microphone cable should be fixed with one of
the two enclosed strain-relief clamps and then
screwed to the PCB.
Connection to the screw
terminals is as follows:
inner-conductors to +
and - (take care to observe
phase) and the shield/drain
wire to ground (shield).

Mounting

When the installation terminations are
completed, place the microphone assembly into the
mounting box and fasten using the two screws. Take
care not to trap any of the cables between the plate
and the mounting box.

Adjustment

SHM 22 H: When the microphone has been
adjusted to the correct height and has settled into
its final position the gooseneck can then be adjusted
to the optimum position relative to the sound
source.
SHM 22 F: Following final installation adjust the
microphone to face the sound source.
