2. Select the desired mode and insert the irrigator nozzle into your mouth.
NOTE: when using the appliance for the first time, start with the Gentle mode or DIY mode at
its lowest level. Water pressure can increase gradually as your mouth adapts to it. You may
experience itching or slight bleeding of the gums during use. This is normal and it should
disappear after 1-2 weeks of continuous use.
3. Point your mouth towards the sink and keep your mouth ajar to let the water drain out.
4. Press the power button once to switch the appliance on.
5. Start cleaning from the back molars and move the irrigator, keeping it at 90°, along the
gum line and between the teeth until it reaches the incisors. Continue to the molars on the
other side.
NOTE: make a continuous movement, do not stop too long on each tooth so as not to cause
damage to the gums.
6. Repeat this step on the outer and inner sides of each jaw (Fig. 5).
7. If you need to refill the water tank during use, switch off the irrigator, refill the tank and
then turn it back on to continue cleaning.
8. When you have finished using the appliance, switch it off by pressing the power button.
The appliance will automatically switch off after 2 minutes of continuous operation.
Note: the irrigator memorises the last setting, so when you switch it on again it will
automatically programme the last mode used.
9. Empty the remaining water from the tank and dry it after each use.
Note: the irrigator has a protection function which means that when the voltage exceeds 4.5 A,
the appliance switches off automatically.
Checking the battery charge level
With the irrigator switched off, press and hold the mode change button to check the battery
level. If there is 40% or less battery remaining, the DIY mode indicator light will light up; if there
is between 80% and 41% battery remaining, the DIY and Normal mode indicator lights will light
up; if the battery is between 100% and 81%, the DIY, Normal and Gentle mode indicator lights
will light up.
If during use, the indicator light of the selected mode starts flashing, it means that the battery
level is low.
Charging the irrigator
Connect the charging cable to the appliance and then to a compatible power adapter.
While the appliance is charging, the DIY mode indicator light will flash slowly. When fully
charged, the 3 mode indicator lights will stay on for approximately 20 minutes and then turn
off.
