    275/350/425/500 Boost (H) ∙ Inleiding / Veiligheid 1. Inleiding De ventilatie-unit draagt bij aan een gezond en comfortabel binnenklimaat door middel van continue, gecontroleerde ventilatie. Hiervoor is een minimaal ventilatiedebiet vereist. Om deze reden is het toestel niet voorzien van een aan/uit-schakelaar. De gebruiker dient ervoor te zorgen dat de stekker altijd correct is aangesloten en dat het stopcontact onder spanning staat.

    Garantie Vasco kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade die voortvloeit uit het niet naleven van de veiligheidsinstructies of het niet opvolgen van de richtlijnen in deze handleiding. De garantievoorwaarden zijn terug te vinden in het betreffende hoofdstuk van deze handleiding.
  • Page 5 Standaard wordt de unit af fabriek geleverd met twee filters van het type ISO 16890 Coarse 65% (G4). Voor een optimale werking van het ventilatiesysteem raden wij aan om de filters drie maanden na ingebruikname te vervangen door een originele Vasco-filterset met de volgende specificaties: Afvoerlucht: ISO 16890 Coarse 65% (G4)

Wanneer de sensor een vochtstijging van meer dan 2% detecteert binnen een tijdsbestek van 15 seconden, schakelt de unit automatisch naar een hoger stand. Deze verhoogde ventilatie blijft actief gedurende minimaal 15 minuten en maximaal 1,5 uur.

Bij bediening van de schakelaar past de ventilatie-unit het debiet steeds ogenblikkelijk aan. Tevens is het ook mogelijk om de aansluiting voor een bedrade schakelaar te combineren met een domoticasysteem of bv.

    De ventilatie-unit is standaard uitgerust met twee ISO 16890 Coarse 65% (G4) filters. Voor een optimale luchtkwaliteit en werking van het ventilatiesysteem raden wij aan direct na het betrekken van de woning deze filters te vervangen door een originele Vasco-filterset met de volgende specificaties:...

Stap 2: Verwijder beide fi lters door voorzichtig aan het lipje van de fi lter te trekken. Stap 3: Plaats en schuif voorzichtig de nieuwe F7 fi lter aan en G4 fi lter aan in de ventilatie-unit. Monteer de fi lters zodat de tekst leesbaar is.
  • Page 15 Het niet tijdig uitvoeren van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden zal uiteindelijk resulteren in het niet meer optimaal functioneren van het toestel. Nieuwe filters voor de ventilatie-unit zijn per set verkrijgbaar bij uw lokale groothandel of te bestellen via de Vasco “Accessory Shop”.

    275/350/425/500 Boost (H) ∙ Installatie instructies Condensafvoer De condens die ontstaat tijdens het functioneren van de ventilatie-unit moet op correcte wijze worden afgevoerd. Hiervoor moet de unit vorstvrij en luchtdicht worden aangesloten op de interne riolering. De aansluiting op het toestel heeft een diameter van Ø 32 mm. De condensafvoer mag niet met lijm worden bevestigd en moet demonteerbaar blijven voor onderhoud of inspectie.

    275/350/425/500 Boost (H) ∙ Installatie instructies Optioneel elektrisch voorverwarmingselement De ventilatie-unit kan optioneel worden uitgebreid met een elektrisch voorverwarmingselement. Dit element voorkomt het invriezen van de warmtewisselaar bij lage buitentemperaturen, waardoor de unit ook bij vriestemperaturen optimaal en in balans blijft functioneren.     Voor een geluidsarm ventilatiesysteem adviseert Vasco het gebruik van de onderdelen uit het gamma aangeboden door Vasco. In functie van de eisen van de installatie dienen de nodige geluiddempers toegepast te worden. Monteer de installatie met zo laag mogelijke luchtweerstand en vrij van lekkage.

De wandzender nooit in een metalen behuizing of in de buurt van grote metalen voorwerpen plaatsen. Voorzie steeds een 230V voedingsspanning bij de schakelaar. Stap 1: Demonteer de schakelaar. Stap 2: Schroef de basisplaat op de voorziene inbouwdoos met de meegeleverde schroeven. Stap 3: Verbindt de voedingskabel (230V) met de connectoren van het RF bedieningsdisplay door deze door het kaderpaneel te steken.

    275/350/425/500 Boost (H) ∙ Installatie instructies Aansluiting bedrade bedieningen Aansluiting van een bedrade 3-standenschakelaar of 3-voudige schakelmodule Voor het aansluiten van een bedrade 3-standenschakelaar moet het elektronicadeksel aan de bovenzijde van de ventilatie-unit worden geopend om toegang te krijgen tot de printplaat. Leid de juiste kabel via de voorziene uitsparing met doorvoertule naar binnen, tot aan de printplaat.

Vervolgens dient de correcte kabel via de daarvoor voorziene doorvoertule in de ventilatieunit naar de printplaat geleid te worden.

Koppel de voedingskabel los van de ventilatie-unit, wacht 3 seconden, steek deze dan terug in de ventilatie-unit, wacht 60 seconden zodat de bypass zich kan resetten en maak dan de ventilatie-unit terug spanningsloos door de voedingskabel los / uit de ventilatie-unit te trekken voordat u aanvangt met de onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
