Safety instructions
• Before starting your device, please read the operating instructions
carefully.
• The BC3615LA charger must only be used for the charging of the
batteries of in the Esprit and e-fix eco model. Any other use is pro-
hibited and could result in serious damage to the equipment.
• The charger may only be used to charge sealed lead-acid batteries
with a rated voltage of 36V and a rated capacity of between 5Ah
and 12Ah.
• Never use the charger to try to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Use the device only, if the connecting cables and the housing are
undamaged. If the mains connecting cable of the charger is dama-
ged, it must be replaced with a special connecting cable available
only from the manufacturer or its service agents.
• Do not stretch the connecting cables to prevent damage from ten-
sile stress.
• The device is designed for operation in dry rooms and must under
no circumstances be exposed to rain, spray water or steam.
• Do not carry the device with you on the wheelchair.
• After the charging process is completed, disconnect the mains plug
from the socket and then disconnect the charger cable from the
battery.
• Do not cover the device while in use.
• Do not open the device.
• Do not allow children to play with the device.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible person to ensure that
they do not play with the device.
• This device is not intended for children and other persons whose
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or whose lack of expe-
rience and knowledge, prevents them from using it safely without
supervision or instruction from a responsible person.
• Caution! Risk of explosive gas production during charging! Keep
device away from naked flames and sparks. Ensure adequate venti-
lation during the charging process.
