Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Massage
gun shuts off
automatically.
Massage gun
fails to run.

CAUSE
The massage gun's
overheat protection will
switch off the massage
gun automatically when
too hot.
Massage gun shuts off
after 10 minutes.
The massage head is
to inserted too tight.

SOLUTION
Wait for the
massage gun to
cool down before
powering it
back on.
Long press the
Power Button to
turn on the
massage gun for
another 10 minutes.
Plug out the
massage head
a little, then power
it on.
