23 • Snap fit the four hub covers onto the wheels.
24 • Insert the antenna, pressing down as you do so,
into its appropriate housing, situated on the right
rear mudguard.
25 • Plug battery terminal A into vehicle wiring
terminal B.
26 • Lower the imitation motor and screw it down
again. Close the hood, securing it in place with
the 2 hooks. The vehicle is now ready for use.

27 • Hood support shaft.
28 • Below the box you can find four removable toy
tools. To remove the box, pull out and unfasten
the four couplings.
29 • 1- START/STOP: when pressed, this button lights
up and enables all the vehicle's functions (START).
When pressed again, it turns off and disables all
the vehicle's functions (STOP).
2 - FM RADIO:
A - USB port
B - SD CARD slot
C - AUX input
D - Selection buttons: when pressed individually,
these buttons allow you to select tracks and
radio frequencies.
When pressed several times simultaneously, they
allow you to shift from one mode to another, as
displayed (USB, SD, AUX).
E - volume buttons: turn the volume down
completely to turn the radio off. The word OFF
will be displayed. Press the "volume up" button to
turn it on again.
3 - HORN: press it to activate it.
4 - ACCELERATOR PEDAL and ELECTRIC
BRAKE: lift the foot from the pedal to engage the
brake automatically.
The vehicle will enter standby mode (OFF) after
10 minutes of inactivity. If the START button is
activated, the vehicle will resume its functions by
pressing the pedal.
5 - LED indicators on the dashboard:
- ENGINE: a steady red LED indicates engine
overload. Release the pedal. Wait 10 seconds for
the vehicle to be ready for use again.
- BATTERY: a blinking orange LED means that the
battery is low. When this happens, the vehicle
enters "POWER SAVING" mode (low speed, no
lights and sounds).
The blinking LED becomes steady when the
battery is flat. At that point, the vehicle stops
working until the battery is charged. If you need
to move the vehicle while the battery is flat, you
can release the brake by pushing down the
accelerator. This way, you can push it manually.
30 • To unfasten the safety belts:1 push towards the
middle and simultaneously press the button; 2
detach the buckle.
31 • GEAR SHIFT LEVERS: 1: first speed. 2: second
speed. R: reverse.
32 • SECOND SPEED: When the red lock-out is
positioned as shown in the figure, the vehicle will
run in first speed and reverse only. The turtle on
the lock-out is in the up position. To use the
second gear, follow the instructions: loose the
screw on the red lock-out.
33 • Remove the red lock-out.
34 • Rotate it 180° until the hare is in the up position.
Insert the lock-out into the hole provided.
35 • Tighten the screw. By pushing the gearshift lever
backward, the vehicle moves into second gear.
36 • ACCESSORY: trailer to attach to the vehicle (sold
separately).

37 • Open the hood. Remove the two screws from
the simulated engine. Remove the simulated
engine.
38 • Unscrew and remove the battery fastener.
39 • Replace the battery. Replace the battery fastener.
40 • Connect the two plugs.
41 • Replace simulated engine in vehicle and secure
with screw.
BATTERY RECHARGE
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND EVERY
OTHER OPERATION ON THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY ADULTS
ONLY.
THE BATTERY CAN ALSO BE CHARGED
WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE TOY.
ATTENTION! Fully charge the battery
before using the toy.
• After every use or at least once every 3 months,
charge the lithium battery.
42 • Disconnect the electrical unit plug A from the
battery plug B by pressing at the sides.
43 • Insert the battery charger plug into a household
outlet following the enclosed instructions.
Connect plug B to battery charger plug C
44 • Once the battery has been recharged, unplug the
battery charger from the wall outlet, then
disconnect terminals C and B.
45 • Connect terminal B and A till you hear the final
click. Once recharging is complete, don't forget to
close the simulated motor with the screw.
How to use the battery charger

1 • Insert only lithium batteries supplied by PEG

2 • Do not use with non-rechargeable batteries.

appliance is not intended for use by infirm
persons unless they are being adequately
supervised by a responsible person to ensure

5 • Charge the battery only in a well ventilated area.
6 • Do not remove the plug by pulling on the cable.
7 • Do not drag the vehicle along on its wheels by
pulling the battery charger's cable.
8 • Avoid overheating the cable by covering it and
do not rest it on hot surfaces.
9 • Be aware of how the output cable is wound to
prevent damaging it.
10 • Should the battery charger be damaged, do not
use it until it is fully repaired.
11 • The product contains some elements that are
considered harmful to the environment. Disposal
of these elements or of the entire product at the
end of its life should be in accordance with the
regulations in force in the country where it is
used.
12 • Before using the battery charger make sure that
it is fitted with the specific plug for the country
in which it is going to be used.
13 • Children should not play with the battery
charger as IT IS NOT A TOY.

The battery charger is fitted with a safety device
which means that in the event of overheating or a
short circuit of the battery, a protection system will
intervene to prevent current peaks, which could
damage the battery charger.
In this case unplug the battery charger from the
power outlet, remove the cause of the short circuit
and reconnect everything.
