2.3 Installation
Installing your SMSB10 BD:
Install your SMSB10 BD on a suitable mounting rail. Then connect the voltage supply (12 or
24 V ) and the device to be switched in accordance with the following schematic.

Connect the antenna cable: Tighten the nut using flat spanner (width across flats: 8).
Supply 10 to 30 VDC

2.4 Installing / Exchanging the SIM Card
Be absolutely certain, the SMSB10 BD is disconnected from the power source before
inserting or exchanging the SIM card.
Open the housing cover: Insert a small screwdriver into the slit on the front of the housing
cover, press in and lift (do not remove the antenna).
Installing / Exchanging the SIM Card: Disconnect power. Flip up the SIM card holder. If
exchanging, remove the old SIM card and slide the new one into the guide. Flip down the
SIM card holder and to lock, press down and simultaneously push the upper part of the card
holder against the direction of the arrow until reaching the stop.
Close the housing cover: Press until it engages.
