Thick Door Kit

Determine your handleset style.
Arch Style
If you have this style, no change is necessary. Simply use the thick-
door screws (included) for lock installation.
Square Style
If you have this style, the thick-door chassis must be installed.
Complete step 2, then use the thick-door screws (included) for lock
installation.

SQUARE STYLE HANDLESET ONLY:
Install the thick-door chassis.

Remove the chassis.
•
Rest the handleset on the side.
•
Hold the thumbpiece in down position to prevent the pin from
falling out, as shown.
•
Remove the four screws, then remove the chassis.

Install the thick-door chassis.
•
Release the thumbpiece, but ensure the pin does not fall out.
•
Use the same four screws to install the thick-door chassis.
