    Cleaning the Condenser Periodically cleaning the condenser can extend the life of the appliance. Failure to clean the condenser will increase energy consumption, reduce the performance and life of your Polar unit, and thus may invalidate your warranty. Defrost POLAR recommend defrosting the appliance when any frost build up inside the freezer reaches 5mm thick.
