4. Pre-fit the Receptor in the Framing Pocket
- Assemble and install the drain according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Move the shower receptor into the framing pocket.
- Make sure the unit is level on all sides. If the unit is not level, shim as required to level the unit.
- Predrill the side and back nail- in flanges on the stud centers around the receptor. Do not nail the receptor in place
at this time.
