Warranty policy

In case of failure or defect of your product, please contact your
seller to be informed of the warranty process to be followed.

Safety information

Please read the safety guidelines carefully, in order to be
able to use your device safely and correctly.
Follow the warnings listed below in order to avoid any ac-
cidents like fire or explosion. To avoid hitting or damaging
your device:
• Don't place the device in your back pockets or on your
belt. Use the approved batteries, chargers, accessories
and supplies.
• Avoid the multi-function connector and the battery pins
from getting into contact with conductive elements, such
as metal and liquids.
• Don't touch the charger or device with wet hands when
the device is charging.
• Exposure to a lot of water can result in serious device
dysfunctionality. The device is splash and sweat resistant.
• If any part of the device is cracked or broken, stop using it
immediately and bring it in to a Wiko Service Centre.
• Don't turn on the device and don't use it if the battery
compartment is exposed.
Respect the warnings below in order to avoid hurting others
or damaging the device.
• Don't allow young children or pets to nibble or lick the
device.
• Don't force the device in your eyes, ears or any other body
part and don't put it in your mouth.
• The device can be used in an environment where the
room temperature is between 0°C and 32°C. You can store
the device at room temperature between 20°C and 50°C.
Outdoor use and storage of the device out of the recom-
mended temperature range can damage the device or
shorten battery life.
• Don't store your device next to or inside radiators, mi-
crowaves, kitchen appliances or high pressure containers.
• Keep your device dry.
• Don't use your device outside during a storm.
Follow all the safety rules and guidelines concerning the
use of your device when driving.
