• Do not wash, dry clean, iron, bleach or tumble dry.
• Remove dirt or superficial stains with dry and soft light-coloured cloth.
• Under no circumstances should cover fabrics be rubbed vigorously.
• To prevent remaining traces of a ring mark, work from the outer edge of the
spot towards the centre. To avoid mineral residue on dark fabrics after drying,
household-grade distilled water may be favoured for dampening.
• In case solvents may be necessary, it is essential to consult a professional cleaner.
• Avoid prolonged contact with materials that may transfer colour pigments.
Some materials may leave a permanent mark, such as ink, lipstick or fragrances.
• Keep away from humidity and direct sources of heat and sunlight as the colour may
fade or colour transfer might occur.
• We recommend that you treat your piece once a year with a mild cleaner.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR RIMOWA USING NFC
Place your phone near the center of the leather flap by the inside compartment of your
Aluminium Toolbox, as illustrated above (max. 10 cm away). Once scanned, a pop up
will appear.
Follow the instructions to successfully register your product and extend its warranty.
Alternatively, visit RIMOWA.com/myrimowa to manually register online. For Android,
please make sure your phone's NFC function has been activated in settings.
For iPhone models older than XS, please download an NFC reader app or use the NFC
Tag Reader available with the iOS 14 software update.
