Connecting the swivel base to the chair
Turn the chair upside down and attach the swivel base (E) to the chair seat (C) by inserting M8x38 bolts (DD) with M8 spring
washers (FF) and M8 washers (EE) through the chair seat (C), the swivel base (E), M8 washers (EE), M8 spring washers (FF), and
into M8 nuts (GG).
NOTE: Loosely tighten all bolts using the wrench (HH).
