Machine does not start.
Film comes off guide bar.
(Display will show "OUT OF FILM" message.)
Heat seals are not strong enough.

(This may occur if too much or too little heat is used.)

TROUBLESHOOTING
Check that the emergency stop button is not depressed.
Check if main power is on.
Check that the roll has been properly loaded onto the axle.
Check that the film has been wound around the rollers in the correct manner.
Check bags for overinflation.
Ensure film edge is not dragging against machine chassis.
Check bags for overinflation.
Increase heat adjust setting on the control panel.
If this does not work, contact Uline Customer Service at 1-800-295-5510.
Reduce the heat adjust setting on the control panel.
Reduce the blower adjust on the control panel as overinflation can cause stretching,
particularly on the smaller cushion size.
Change heat adjust setting on the control panel.
Check bags for overinflation, reduce blower adjust on the control panel.
Check for damaged belt.
Remove jam and press the START/STOP button to restart production.
Check for damaged belt or dull blade.
Check for damaged belt.
