TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the following table in case of any abnormal scenarios when using the product.
Scenarios
The floor cleaner does not work
Suction power is weakened
Abnormal noise when working
Possible cause
The brush roller is entangled by hair or
stuck by foreign objects
Dirty water tank is full
No clean water
There is blockage in the pipe
Low battery
Brush roller, brush roller cover, or
dirty water tank is not installed in place
Brush roller is entangled
There is hair tangled on the shaft
Floor brush suction or pipe blockage
Dirty water tank filter is dirty
Dirty water tank filter isn't installed
Debris in the suction port of the floor
brush or in the pipe
Dirty water tank is full
Air duct isn't installed
Solution
Remove the brush roller to clean and reinstall
Clean the dirty water tank
Add water to clean water tank
Clean the pipes under the dirty water tank
Charge
Remove all components and reinstall them
Clean the brush roller
Remove the brush roller to clean the shaft
Wipe the floor brush suction port and clean the pipe
under the air duct
Clean the filter and dry thoroughly before
installation
Install filter
Wipe the suction port and clean the pipe under
the air duct
Clean the dirty water tank
Install air duct
