WARNING: Only use chemical indicators that have been validated for use with the VERIFY All-In-One
validated indicator strips may result in false passing or false failing test pack results.
5. Record the lot number and expiration date of the chemical indicator on the form provided.
6. Insert the indicator "pellet" end fi rst into the chamber of the reusable test pack. Figure 4.
7. To seal the pack, screw the cap clockwise onto the reusable pack.
NOTE: The cap should be snug and straight. Do not over tighten cap. An over tightened cap may be diffi cult to remove following processing.
8. If equipped, advance the step counter one position by turning the arm clockwise until it clicks in place.
NOTE: Once the counter arm is advanced, it cannot be returned to the previous position.
a.) If the arm is unable to advance, the reusable test pack has been used for 200 uses, remove the test pack from service. See "Disposal" for
further information.
NOTE: The chemical indicator strip may be transferred to a new reusable test pack for immediate use.
9. If equipped with a Tracker Chip, scan the pack per the instructions for use of All-In-One Tracker Box.
a.) If Tracker box indicates that the reusable test pack has been used for 200 uses, remove the test pack from service. See "Disposal" for further
information.
NOTE: The chemical indicator strip may be transferred to a new reusable test pack for immediate use.
10. Place the reusable test pack on the bottom shelf over the drain.
11. Run a 4-minute prevacuum cycle at 270 °F / 132 °C.
12. Upon completion of the test cycle, don protective thermal gloves. Remove the test pack from the chamber.

a.) If the dry time is less than twenty (20) minutes, allow the reusable test pack to cool for fi ve (5) minutes.
b.) If the dry time was twenty (20) minutes or longer, proceed to the next step. Cooling is not required.
13. Remove the cap by twisting counter clockwise.
14. Remove the strip and interpret the results. Refer to the instructions for use provided with the VERIFY
VERIFY SixCess MF4
15. Interpretation:
a.) The test pack demonstrates a passing result when the indicator demonstrates passing.
b.) The test pack demonstrates a failing result when the indicator demonstrates a failing result. Do not use the items within the load. Follow
department procedures for reporting sterilization failures.
Monitoring of 270 °F / 132 °C 10-minute Prevacuum cycles with a biological indicator:
1. The VERIFY All-In-One

2. Remove the reusable test pack cap by twisting counter clockwise.
3. Inspect the reusable test pack and cap for visible signs of wear and tear including, for example, discoloration, rusting, cracking, peeling or
deformation or any other visible change. Remove the test pack from service if any signs of wear are apparent. Refer to "Disposal" for more
information.
4. Select a Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly or an All-In-One PV10 Assembly. Record the lot number and expiration date of the biological indicator on the
form provided.
a.) Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly
i.) Prior to use, observe the tamper evident seal on the cap to ensure the assembly has not been previously used.
ii.) Insert the Celerity Xtend 10 assembly tube fi rst into the chamber of the reusable test pack. Figure 5.
b.) All-In-One PV10 Assembly
i.) If using the All-In-One PV10 Assembly, prepare as directed in its instructions for use.
ii.) Insert the PV10 assembly cap fi rst into the chamber of the reusable test pack.
WARNING: Not all biological indicators have been validated for this use. Only use biological indicators that have been validated and cleared for
use with the All-In-One PV10 Assembly. Using non-validated biological indicators may result in false passing or false failing test pack results.

prevacuum cycle at 270°F / 132°C.
10. Upon completion of the test cycle, don protective thermal gloves. Remove the test pack from the chamber.

and/or removing the contents of the pack following sterilization.

12. Remove and open the assembly.
a.) If using the Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly, interpret the chemical indicator and remove the biological
indicator. Dispose of the assembly components. See the instructions for use for the Celerity Xtend 10
Assembly for disposal information.
b.) If using the All-In-One PV10 Assembly, open the assembly and remove the biological indicator.
Dispose of the assembly components. See the All-In-One PV10 Assembly instructions for information on disposal.
13. Follow the instructions for use provided by the Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly, or if using the All-In-One PV10 Assembly the biological indicator
manufacturer to interpret the process indicator on the
biological indicator, activate, incubate, and interpret the test results.
Reusable Test Pack will be hot following sterilization. Wear protective thermal gloves when removing the
Reusable Test Pack from the sterilizer and at all times when handling and/or removing the contents of the pack
